Prime Minister Announces Appointment Of New Deputy Head Of The Millennium Bureau Of Canada
The Prime Minister took this opportunity to express his appreciation to Huguette Labelle for assuming the additional responsibilities as Deputy Head of the Bureau and for providing leadership since the launch of the initiative in March, while continuing to serve as President of the Canadian International Development Agency.
Mr. Goodleaf is currently Canada's Ambassador to the Republic of Costa Rica. His appointment is effective August 4, 1998.
