First Ministers Meeting Announced

Prime Minister Jean Chrétien announced today that he has invited premiers to a meeting of First Ministers on Thursday, February 4, at 24 Sussex Drive in Ottawa.
The meeting will commence at 10:00 A.M., and will deal with the ongoing discussions on a new Social Union framework, as well as a proposed federal-provincial-territorial health agreement.
