Prime Minister Paul Martin today announced that Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada, has accepted to represent Canada at the State Funeral Service for former United States President Ronald Reagan to be held at the Washington National Cathedral on Friday June 11.
