Activities by the Honourable Rona Ambrose at the 4th International Conference on Federalism



The Honourable Rona Ambrose, President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of Western Economic Diversification, will represent the Government of Canada in New Delhi from November 5 to 7, 2007, at the 4th International Conference on Federalism.


This conference has the objective of fostering informal exchanges on experience and best practices in federal governance. To that end, its main participants will include heads of state/government, government ministers, parliamentarians, senior government officials and some academics.


During her visit, Minister Ambrose will attend a series of sessions and will deliver public remarks on November 7.
