February 19, 2001 - $120 Million for Clean Air Action Plan - The plan will deliver cleaner air to 30 million Canadians and ensure Canada meets its commitments to implement the Canada-U.S. Ozone Annex signed in December 2000.

February 2, 2001 - The Species at Risk Act - the proposed Species at Risk Act (SARA) will help prevent wildlife in Canada from becoming extinct and provide for the recovery of species at risk.
