NATIONAL LIBERAL CAUCUS CHAIR ELECTIONS February 7, 2001 Prime Minister Jean Chrétien is pleased to announce the Liberal Caucus Executive that was selected in today’s National Caucus elections. "I am very pleased that we are beginning our new mandate with another fine team on the Caucus Executive," said the Prime Minister. "I look forward to relying on their advice and counsel in meeting the needs of our Caucus and carrying forward the Liberal plan for Canada’s future that was endorsed so decisively by Canadians last November."
