Prime Minister Announces By-elections for November 15

Prime Minister Jean Chrétien announced today that by-elections will be held on November 15th, 1999 in the ridings of:

  • Mont-Royal and Hull-Aylmer in Quebec;

  • Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar in Saskatchewan; and,

  • York West in Ontario.
