Standard, Horizontal, Linear Formats – Children Under Two (B.01.461)

Level 1 has three Nutrition Fact Table formats:

• Standard - Children Under Two
• Narrow Standard - Children Under Two
• Bilingual Standard - Children Under Two

The steps for the 1^st level options are:

1. Manufactures may choose Format 20, 21 or 22.
2. Within the desired format, choose the largest version of the format that will fit on 15% ADS and one continuous surface of the package.
3. All 1^st level options must be exhausted before proceeding to the next level.

Level two has one Nutrition Fact Table formats:

• Bilingual Horizontal - Children Under Two

The steps for the 2^nd level options are:

1. Choose the largest version of the format that will fit on 15% ADS and one continuous surface of the package.
2. All 2^nd level options must be exhausted before proceeding to next level.

Level three has three Nutrition Fact Table formats:

• Bilingual Standard - Children Under Two
• Bilingual Horizontal - Children Under Two
• Linear - Children Under Two or Alternate Methods of Presentation (Tags, package inserts, inner labels, fold-out labels, overwraps or collars)

For package inserts and inner labels, the outer label must indicate where to find the NFT.

The steps for the 3^rd level options are:

1. Any format or any version may be chosen.
