This print journal was established to inform Canadian legislators about the activities of the Commonwealth Parliamentary
Association and to promote the study of Canadian parliamentary institutions. The journal's Web site has the full text of only
selected recent articles, tables of contents for current and upcoming issues, and a cumulative index of all articles published.

FCM Supplement
FCM Supplement is published periodically by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities with each issue consisting of a mixture of
short articles and news briefs around a single theme. The Spring 2001 issue, subtitled "Connecting Canadians, Connecting Cities"
focuses on the use of the Internet by municipalities. The items are available individually in a mixture of Acrobat and HTML formats
or the entire issue is provided in Acrobat. Back issues are not available. Also provided on the main FCM site http://www.fcm.ca/ ,
under "Publications" is a supplement to the Forum Magazine, this issue on natural gas vehicles, with the "Forum" billed as coming in
the near future.

The Hill Times: Canada's Parliamentary Newspaper
Calling itself Canada's first and only independent government newspaper, this site has articles featuring weekly news and
commentary on Parliament, politicians, their staff, federal bureaucracy, and Canadian government and politics in general.
Interesting weekly features include the parliamentary calendar and goverNet (news tidbits about government on the Internet). The
weekly columns and top news stories are in a searchable archive from Dec. 1995 on.
