John Gittins

In 1995, Oscar Peterson began collaborating with John Gittins and Lance Anderson to produce a CD-ROM documenting Mr. Peterson's career. They spent four years compiling a multi-media package featuring recordings, sheet music, video clips, discography and autobiographical material, joined with interactive musical examples of Mr. Peterson's solo work. At the same time, and in collaboration with Miles Black of PG Music, a music book containing 18 of Mr. Peterson's solos was produced. This four-year work has been receiving rave reviews from the jazz community.
