New Edition of Symbols and Interlibrary Loan Policies in Canada Now Available

OTTAWA -- April 17, 1996 -- The National Library of Canada is pleased to announce that the 1996 edition of Symbols and Interlibrary Loan Policies in Canada is now available.

The publication merges information previously presented in two parts: Symbols (in print) and Interlibrary Loan Policies (on diskette). The new merged document is on CD-ROM and is also available in a print version on request. Symbols and Interlibrary Loan Policies in Canada, which is updated annually, gives an alphabetic listing of library symbols with the corresponding names of the institutions to which the symbols have been assigned, and provides information on interlibrary loan policies and services for all Canadian libraries currently listed in the National Library of Canada's automated interlibrary loan system, PEB/ILL.
