Interim Report:

The Commission’s Terms of Reference require the Commissioner to submit an interim report (the “Interim Report”) to the Governor-in-Council on or before October 29, 2010. The Interim Report will set out the Commissioner’s preliminary views on, and assessment of, any previous examinations, investigations or reports that the Commissioner deems relevant to the Inquiry. The Interim Report will set out any Government responses to these previous examinations, investigations and reports.
