Written Opening Submissions

This is to confirm the Commissioner’s Ruling on Standing and Funding that intervenors should provide their written opening submissions one week prior to the commencement of the hearings which is June 21, 2004.

Any written submission should be filed with the Commission by June 14th and served on the parties and other intervenors. There will be no oral opening statements on June 21st.
