Priority Matrix- Overview
Four quadrants represented by « Lower » to « Higher » Impact of Performance and « Lower » to « Higher » Performance:
- IMPROVE/FOCUS (top-left quadrant representing high level on impact of performance but low level of performance): Driver/component has more impact on satisfaction, and its performance score is lower relative to other drivers/components. Focus on improving your performance in this area. This quadrant contains Driver 1.
- PROTECT/REINFORCE (top-right quadrant representing high level on impact of performance and high level of performance): Driver/component has more impact on satisfaction, and its performance score is higher relative to other drivers/components. This is a strength which needs to be protected. This quadrant contains Driver 2 and Driver 3.
- IMPROVE SECONDARY/BE AWARE (bottom-left quadrant representing low level on impact of performance and low level of performance): Driver/component is not as impactful and it has a lower performance score relative to other drivers/components. This quadrant contains Driver 4.
- MAINTAIN (bottom-right quadrant representing low level on impact of performance and high level of performance): Driver/component is not as impactful as other drivers/components and performance scores are high. There are no drivers in this quadrant.
