Sheila McGraw

Sheila McGraw worked for twenty years as an illustrator, producing art for national magazines, advertising, and packaging, before turning her attention to children's books. In 1986 she was approached by Firefly Books to illustrate the Robert Munsch book, Love You Forever. That book went on to become an international best-seller and number one on the New York Times Children's Best-Seller List, which is published only once every ten years or so. Since then she has illustrated and written several picture books. She has also managed to turn an avocation into a profession, channelling her interest in crafting, sewing, renovating, decorating and painting into the creation of numerous craft books for both adult and juvenile audiences.
