switching on to Hydroxychloroquine,rather than th old Corticosteroid and NSAIDs can save more refractory cases...

podiatric devices still needed to help these patients....

Eventual outcome depends on age,duration of disease and psychological behaviour towards the disease......

Revolution awaited in Rheumatology.....
