I just wanted to congratulate the authors of 'Pathology in the Hundred Acre Wood' for their article. I found it utterly hilarious. The tounge-in-cheek usage of clinical diagnoses on Milne's eccentric characters is not just funny, but also a keen reminder that sometimes in this all-too-psychologically-aware world, the classification of everyone as developmentally tarnished can go too far. Eccentricity is not necessarily a disease. We all have our quirks, and as Pooh and his friends illustrate, a little bit of oddity is not mutually exclusive with being an engaging and ultimately charming character. Thanks.
