Died Dec. 10, 2000, aged 83; survived by his wife, Karin, and 5 children.

Craig, Ross H., Perth, Ont.; Queen's University, 1952; general surgery; FRCSC; former staff, Great War Memorial Hospital. Died Dec. 6, 2000, aged 75; survived by his wife, Ruth, and 4 children. His obituary stated: "He was a great humanitarian and devoted much of his life to the ill, needy, destitute and underprivileged in Africa, Central America, Asia and, in particular, to the Inuit of Baffin Island."

Died Dec. 4, 2000, aged 71; survived by his wife, Betty, and 8 children.

Kempton, A. Russell, Etobicoke, Ont.; Dalhousie University, 1952; former aviation medical officer. Died Dec. 24, 2000, aged 78.

Kingstone, Henry, North York, Ont.; University of Toronto, 1933; former staff, Northwestern General Hospital; courtesy staff, North York Branson Hospital. Died Dec. 18, 2000, aged 93.

Kritzinger, Viljoen, Victoria, BC; University of Edinburgh (Scotland), 1952; LRCP, LRCS, LRFPS(Glas.); former medical staff, Stony Plain Municipal Hospital. Died Nov. 3, 2000, aged 76; survived by his wife, Aileen, and 3 sons.

MacRae, Frank R., Montreal; McGill University, 1942; RCAMC, WW II and peacetime; cardiology; FRCPC; former physician-in-chief and staff, Reddy Memorial and Jeffery Hale hospitals; medical director, Jeffery Hale Hospital. Died Dec. 26, 2000, aged 82; survived by his wife, Renée d'Anjou-MacRae. He received the Queen's Jubilee Medal for service to the community.

McIntosh, William C., Ottawa; Queen's University, 1936; RCAMC, WW II; former chief of staff and staff, Grace General Hospital; staff, Ottawa Civic Hospital. Died Dec. 23, 2000, aged 89; survived by his wife, Shirley, and 3 children.

Meagher, Pierre Y., Longueuil (Qué.); Université Laval, 1965; pédiatrie; ancien membre du personnel du Centre hospitalier Régional de la Mauricie
et Centre hospitalier Laflèche-Grand'Mère. Décédé le 11 décembre 2000, à l'âge de 59 ans; laisse ses deux enfants et la mère de ses enfants, Camille Ledoux.

Died of cancer Dec. 18, 2000, aged 72; survived by his wife, Mary, and 6 children.
