Communications to employees, students and the University community before and during a pandemic will follow the protocols in the emergency response plan and will be coordinated by Public Affairs. Communication mechanisms will include:

• Web page information updated on a regular and timely basis
• Email - distribution to various lists
• Telephone - Main information number is 474-8880 or 1-800-432-1960. The emergency number is 555 or *555 on a cellular phone
• Written communications such as memos, posters, etc
• Radio and Television - CJUM and other stations for public service announcements
