These programs sponsor university studies at the degree level to persons who have traditionally not had the opportunity for such experience because of social, economic, cultural reasons or lack of formal education. Applicants must be residents of Manitoba. Preferences will be given to persons who are Aboriginal (Status, Non-Status, Metis, Inuit). Sponsorship includes academic and personal support and may include some financial assistance. These programs are funded by Manitoba Education and Training, Advanced Education & Skills Training Division.
