This year marks the 50^th anniversary of the founding of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Throughout 2013, the College celebrates this milestone in a special 50^th anniversary section of its website where visitors will find interviews with College staff reflecting on the important role regulation plays in supporting safe nursing practice, a fun and informative timeline of nursing regulation over the past five decades, and a look at our public print campaign that highlights the face of "today's nurses". In March, visitors to the site will find profiles of practising nurses who embody leadership and the College's standards, as well as a special anniversary video. Members can also look forward to a special issue of The Standard coming in March.
