On such a night, chill settling along the snow, wisps of clouds brushing hill tops, stars indifferent, Celts kindled fires, handed round mead, roared out songs, clung close for comfort. We two this season reassure each other warmth will return. Meanwhile, stay near, my friend and lover. Suppose cold is changeless? Shall we find enduring shelter circled in each other's arms? Aloft the musing stars.
