It is my pleasure to launch Public Works and Government Services Canada's 2^nd annual Client Service Week and the 3^rd edition of Our Services, Standards and Results.

This week presents us with the opportunity to reinforce our commitment to client service and to celebrate our accomplishments in Serving Government, Serving Canadians.
