About the Canadian Forces Pension Office

The Specialized Services Division (SSD) is responsible for providing pension administration services to members of the Canadian Forces.

Our services include:

• Responding to Canadian Forces pension inquiries.
• Commencing pension benefits for newly retired Canadian Forces members and their survivors under the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act.
• Processing pension benefits payments for the Canadian Forces members.
• Remitting deductions for Federal Income tax and all provincial payroll taxes.
• Producing Statements of Remuneration (T4A's).
