Overview

The Learning Services SOSA covers Learning Services requirements that require any of the Categories listed below. Most Categories of Personnel include three levels of expertise – Senior, Intermediate and Junior. Each Category of Personnel contains a link to the Statement of Requirement document that details both the Tasks and Occupational Minimum Mandatory Qualifications of each level.

For the Standing Offer, no additional criteria can be added to the Occupational Minimum Mandatory Qualifications.

For the Supply Arrangement, additional criteria can be added to the Occupational Minimum Mandatory Qualifications; however, none can be removed.

Off-the-Shelf / Pre-developed Training: It is prohibited to use this Standing Offer and Supply Arrangement to acquire any form of Off-the-Shelf / Pre-developed training solutions.
