Directive on the application of the Integrity Regime to replacement entities and completing contractors

To apply the Integrity Regime to replacement entities that assume responsibility for a contract or real property agreement, and to completing contractors that complete the work under a contract.

Directive on airport authorities

To exclude all real property agreements entered into with airport authorities by the Government of Canada from the application of the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and the integrity clauses. Real property authorities are not to perform an integrity verification for this class of real property agreements.

Directive on awarding of contracts and real property agreements in emergency situations

To provide clear instructions on Integrity Regime related processes and the responsibilities of those awarding contracts or real property agreements in emergency situations.

Directive on purchases of subscriptions or memberships

To exclude certain unilateral contracts used to purchase certain specified routine type goods and services that are necessary for the operations of government from the application of the Integrity Regime. The exclusion shall be limited to newspaper subscriptions or other like information subscriptions or memberships, electronic or otherwise.
