(Narrator speaks.) Due to recent issues with the pay system, Bob can’t check his pay stub on Phoenix.

(Narrator speaks.) How can he view his pay stub?

(Narrator speaks.) Step 1: Go to the Compensation Web Applications home page. Click the link “CWA pay stubs and archived tax slips.”

(The page scrolls downward and Bob selects “Continue” at the bottom of the page. A pop-up appears and Bob selects “Allow.”)

(Narrator speaks.) Follow the process as if you were signing in to Phoenix.

(Narrator speaks.) There are a wide variety of codes listed on pay stubs, depending what type of work you do. Click the acronym link and a box will appear explaining what the entitlement or deduction means.

(Bob selects “Basic Pay.” A box appears with information about it.)

(Narrator speaks.) Finally, fill out the Phoenix feedback form or call the Pay Centre. If you are not serviced by the Pay Centre, contact your compensation advisor.
