Departmental Plan for Transfer Payment Programs (TPP)
In 2008, Treasury Board ministers established a new transfer payment policy. Under section 6.6.1 of the Policy on Transfer Payments (PTP), deputy heads were required to provide the Treasury Board Secretariat with a three-year plan for transfer payment programs.
