Pay and Health Insurance

For inquiries concerning your pay and health insurance, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) under each CWA tool or contact your departmental Compensation Advisor.

Pension Services

If you have any questions or require pension information regarding the public service pension plan, please visit the Your Public Service Pension and Benefits Web Site or contact the Public Service Pension Centre at 1-800-561-7930.

Access to the CWA

Access to the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) is available on the Government of Canada secure network (intranet) at the following address: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) - Pay and Pension Services for Government Employees.

CWA Registration

If you are having technical issues regarding the CWA or myKEY registration, please contact your departmental help desk.

Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Credential Recovery

If you obtained a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) credential through a Local Registration Authority (LRA), you must use the same process to recover your PKI credential (myKEY). Contact your LRA for assistance. If you cannot locate your LRA, please contact your departmental help desk as they maintain a list of LRAs within your department.

Secondments / Departmental Transfers

If you are on secondment and attempting to obtain or access your myKEY, contact your Local Registration Authority (LRA) for assistance. Your departmental help desk should maintain a list of LRAs within your department.
