About the Pension Centre

Interruption of service

As a result of planned system maintenance the Government of Canada pension system will be unavailable to users on the following dates: 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 6 to 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, October 10 EDT.

The Government of Canada Pension Centre (Pension Centre) will operate during regular business hours on October 10; however, the Pension Centre will be limited when responding to client inquiries and processing service requests on this date.

Essential pension services, such as Supplementary Death Benefit payments, will continue to be provided during the interruption of services.
