Royal Northwest Mounted Police (1904-1920)

The RCMP maintains an index of Royal Northwest Mounted Police (RNWMP) members who served between 1904 and 1920. Unfortunately, many of the service records from this period were destroyed years ago. Submit your request for information to the RCMP Historian by e-mail.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (1920-present)

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) maintains service records for members who served after 1920, however, because of Privacy Act regulations, information from a service file is not available to the public until twenty years after the date of death. Submit your request for information to the RCMP Historian by e-mail.
