New Reference and Information Services Staff
Three new reference librarians and two new reference clerks have recently joined the Reference and Information Services Division of the National Library of Canada. They will be serving at the Reference Desk and the Registration and Circulation Desks respectively where they will assist clients in accessing the collections of the National Library. They will also respond to the many questions that come daily to the National Library's reference service from across Canada and from international locales via e-mail, telephone, fax or letter.
