The CARMEN NCD Policy Observatory is a platform for the network of countries and institutions engaged in the systematic analysis and monitoring of non-communicable disease policies.

This report presents and discusses the results of the second comparative study of NCD policy development and implementation processes in the CINDI and CARMEN programmes (6).

This document presents the CINDI vision for a chronic disease strategy for the WHO European Region. The document was prepared at the request of the CINDI Programme Directors.
