Christine Mayer

Christine Mayer is Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Secretariat at Library and Archives Canada.

She is a specialist in public administration and governance. She has been a government employee since 1996, when she joined Health Canada, working initially as a Senior Planning Analyst and subsequently as Special Projects Manager; she coordinated the production of reports submitted to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and the preparation of budget documents presented to the Department of Finance Canada. In 2003, she was appointed Director of the Corporate Services Division of the Hazardous Materials Information Review Commission. She held this position for three years before joining LAC.

Christine Mayer holds a degree in Public Administration and Governance from the University of Ottawa. She also completed the Executive Program from Queen's University.
