• Unless otherwise instructed, applicants are requested to provide the 25 copies of their applications or other filings to the National Energy Board.
• Private individuals who would find the provision of multiple copies an undue financial burden may file one copy, with a request to be excused from multiple filing.

1. Download a printable version of a form in Word format, complete the form using Word, then print and mail or fax it to the Board, or
2. print a form in PDF or Word format, complete it offline, and mail or fax it to the Board.
