The Board encourages individuals, companies and organizations, who have access to our document repository, to submit documents electronically using one of our on-line forms.

Submitting electronically

• Documents must be submitted in PDF format. For instructions on how to create PDF documents, you may access the NEB's Filer's Guide to Electronic Submission [PDF 529 KB].
• Please view the list of filings and types of documents that can be filed electronically.
• You must mail or fax one paper copy of your documents to the Board after submitting them electronically.

On-line forms for participation in a hearing

Below are four on-line forms that you may use to apply to participate in an NEB hearing. When you use these forms, your document is created and submitted entirely on-line and there is no need to file a paper copy with the Board. (Note: If you have a prepared document that you would like to send electronically, please click on the "Begin submitting documents electronically" hyperlink above. The following forms were not designed to allow document attachments.)
