In the craziness of kittidom and kids still home from school I have gotten a few things done that could be considered productive…
Okay, past rant and concerns about penname issues aside (I’ve decided after all of the wonderful advice to say screw it and continue to use Moondancer Drake for everything until I do the YA/MG stuff) I am moving on to a new and most over due task. Completing my Nanowrimo manuscript from last year.
I've had a conversation going on my egroups and I thought I'd toss it out to ya'll here and see what you think...
Even with sweet and demanding kittens to play with who have already got the “here let me climb on your laptop and get your attention” down to an art, I got a good bit done on Bloodstained Innocence. Can you imagine batting four sets of paw off the keys? Crazy making!
Update on the kittens…
I am almost done with the first round of changes on Bloodstained Innocence when the Goddess in all her wisdom and good humor decided to drop a surprise in my lap.
In Atlanta after a trip on the red eye, will be leaving for home at about 9:15. I plan to do a big post on the whole convention, but for now I'll leave you with the winners of the 2008 Golden Crown Literary Awards. There will be comintary when I am more awake.
Congratulations to all the winners!!!
My roomate’s heading off to sleep so I’ll make this as quick as I can so as not to keep her up…
I arrived in Phoenix...
I’m going to do today’s traveling post as I go from my home to Phoenix for GCLS con in a journaling fashion, making notes as I go through my day.
