Transatlantic Receiving Station At Louisbourg, Circa 1913
From left to right, the buildings shown are the "hotel"
staff residence, the receiver house, two duplex staff residences,
and in the background between them, the workshop. The manager's
residence was either hidden from view or not built yet.
The towers that supported the main receiving aerial wire
appear in the right background.
The driveway visible at left is now (1998) in a picnic area
in the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Park.
