This house was built for the manager of the station.
In the early years while Marconi was getting the station
"on the air", he and his new bride Beatrice shared the house
with the station manager, R.N. Vyvyan, and his wife.
In the 1990s it is the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Cunningham and their family.
