Prime Minister's Volunteer Awards

The Prime Minister's Volunteer Awards recognize the exceptional contributions of volunteers, local businesses and innovative not-for-profit organizations in improving the well-being of families and their communities. There are 17 awards in total, 2 at the national level and 15 at the regional level. The awards highlight best practices in community leadership and encourage partnerships across sectors. [More]

Prime Minister's Awards for Excellence in Early Childhood Education

The Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Early Childhood Education honour exceptional early childhood educators. A total of ten teachers and seven early childhood educators (including a team of three) received a Certificate of Excellence (a national-level award). Twenty-five teachers and 12 early childhood educators (including two teams of two) received a Certificate of Achievement (a regional-level award).
