Mary's Harbour

Mary's Harbour had been named before Cartwright's time, 1770. While living at Lodge Bay he had otter traps at nearby Mary's Harbour. The returns of the seal and salmon fishery on the Labrador for 1784 - 1785 claims Mary's Harbour had two residents in the salmon fishery at that time.
