This Buggy Exhibit was put
up in memory of W.H. "Bill" Constable.
Bill was in charge of
delivering the mail from Ellisboro to Wolseley and return from 1919-1939.
Along with this exhibit,
as you can see below, is an old mail box with the guest
register included.
