| Paul Welch is a grade twelve Secondary School student at West Carleton
Secondary School. He has a great interest in the internet and web page design, and hopes
to continue in a career which involves computers. Paul Welch has won awards for some of
the web sites which he has created, and he has had pieces of poetry published in the
Ottawa Citizen newspaper.
Once finished with High School, Paul Welch will continue in University and College.
