Graphic Design Unit Lesson 5:
Computers in Graphic Design

This lesson is meant to be a time when a computer graphic design worker from the area comes into the classroom to talk about his or her experience. The designer should cover:

  • how he or she entered the field of graphic design,
  • some good things about graphic design,
  • some bad things about graphic design,
  • the hardware used at his or her site, and
  • the software used at his or her site.

If it is not possible to have someone come in to talk about this, there is an interview with a graphic design artist that is available as a part of this unit. In order to hear the answers to the following question, select the question.
