"Now know ye that having taken the premises into our Royal Consideration,
We, by and with the advise of the Executive Council of Our Province of Ontario
and in the exercise of the power vested in this behalf, by the said in part
recited Act, or otherwise howsoever, Do, by this Our Royal Proclamation
hereby ordain and declare that on, from and after Friday, the first day
of January now next, the inhabitants of the locality hereinafter described
shall be constituted a body corporate under the name of "The Corporation
of the Town of Rainy River."
Dated this 9th day of December 1903.
