Humboldt MLA Ed Tchorzewski has been appointed to the provincial Cabinet.

He becomes Provincial Secretary, Minister of the new Department of Culture and Youth, and Minister of the new Department of Consumer Affairs.

Born and raised in the Vonda Alvena district, Tchorzewski received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Saskatchewan.

He was elected MLA for Humboldt constituency in last June's provincial election.
