Traveling library "Pegasus" passing in front of the Alaska Highway News office in 1964. Howard Overend was the librarian. Based out of Dawson Creek, this mobile library traveled all over the Peace River Country including the communities of Fort St. John, Taylor and Hudson's Hope before permanent public facilities were established.
