Harry Weaver's Supply Boat
Harry Weaver was a long-time freighter between Fort Vermilion and Hudson's Hope. Shown here is his supply boat, heading up the Peace River in 1922. The Peace River was the major thoroughfare for transportation activities before the highway or the railway was built, whether it was supplies or people that were coming into the country.
