The Saskatchewan Power
Corporation Building

By the early 1960's it became apparent that
Saskatchewan's Power Corporation (SaskPower)
required a consolidated head office in Regina.
Up to this point SaskPower had housed its
employees throughout the City in various small
office buildings.

Land was purchased adjacent from the beautiful
Victoria Park in downtown Regina, and a
competition for the building's design was held.
In 1963, the construction of SaskPower's head
office was completed, designed by well known
Regina architect Joseph Pettick.

The unique design of SaskPower's head office
makes it a particular point of interest to Regina
visitors.
