Mayor Pat Fiacco (2000 +)
Mayor Pat Fiacco was elected in the year 2000 defeating
longtime Regina mayor Doug Archer. Mayor Fiacco has
a keen interest in physical fitness and sports. He is a former
provincial and Canadian amateur boxing champion. In
1999 he served as a Canadian Boxing Official for the
PanAm Games and is currently the National Chief Official
for Boxing Canada.
His duties as Mayor include being the Chair of the Regina
Board of Police Commissioners and representing the City
on both the Regina Regional Economic Development
Authority and Tourism Regina.
